Prospective Participating Lender
Thank you for your interest in Delaware State Housing Authority’s (DSHA) Homeownership Program. Our participating lenders share the benefits of building strong confidence among first time customers. Lenders may utilize our programs specifically designed to reach qualified Delawareans.
In order to fully participate in the Homeownership Program, please complete and return the Offer to Participate, Mortgage Origination Master Agreement (MOMA), all necessary supplemental information, and your application fee in the amount of $3,000. If approved, the application fee will be credited toward your first year’s annual participation fee. Lenders must also be approved as a correspondent lender with our Master Servicer, Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC. If your company is not already an approved lender, please contact Lakeview Loan Servicing’s Counterparty Risk Management at [email protected] to start the application process.
We offer open enrollment for new lender applications throughout the year. Complete applications should be submitted following the instructions in the application package.
Applications will be reviewed and lenders will receive notice within 5 business days after the application deadline. Once approved, lenders receive valuable training and technical assistance to execute and deliver solid, competitive products to their customers.
You may also be interested in participating in our other programs to deliver homeownership resources to your customers. Applications for each program is available below. We look forward to your participation to provide affordable homeownership opportunities for the citizens of the State of Delaware.
