Multi-Family Asset Management
This program offers very low-income Delawareans 30 different affordable Section 8 housing sites (with over 2,700 apartments) throughout the state, at which participants pay approximately 30% of their income for rent.

Tenant Qualifications
- Low-income families, disabled persons and elderly persons whose incomes do not exceed 50% of median income (in some cases 80%), are eligible to reside in Section 8 New Construction complexes. Specific income limits are defined by HUD and are determined based on family size and county location of the unit.
