PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PURSUANT TO SECTION 147(f) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986
DELAWARE STATE HOUSING AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by Delaware State Housing Authority (the “Authority”) with respect to a tax-exempt multifamily housing mortgage loan (the “Tax-Exempt Loan”) to be issued by the Authority (in its borrowing capacity) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $26,000,000. The proceeds of the Tax-Exempt Loan will be loaned by the Authority to Riverside Housing Partnership III LLC (the “Borrower”), to finance a portion of the costs of constructing a new multifamily residential rental project to be known as Imani Village – Phase III (the “Project”). The Project will contain approximately 101 rental units in 11 buildings located at 1500 E. 27th Street, Wilmington, New Castle County, DE 19801. The Borrower will own the Project; the Project will be located on land ground leased to the Borrower by the Wilmington Housing Authority.

The public hearing will be conducted by teleconference on September 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Delaware time (EDT). During the public hearing, persons joining the teleconference by telephone will have the opportunity to express their views orally, and persons joining the meeting through Webex will have the opportunity to express their view orally or using the chat feature. As described below, persons may submit written statements to the Authority prior to the public hearing as described below.
